Creating User Accounts in Windows 10.

          The user account is a very important tool to protect your personal data from others in a shared computer. Therefore, Microsoft has built this tool within the Windows 10. So here I am going to show you how you can create user Accounts in Windows 10.

So, follow these simple steps to achieve your goal.

1. Click on Start on the taskbar.

2. Now hit the gear icon to enter the Settings.

3. In the settings menu look for Accounts. Click on it to proceed to the next step.

4. In the next screen, on the left side, click on the Family & Other People.

5. Now here you have to decide that the account you want to add to your device, if the user is a family member, choose to Add a family member or if you are creating the user account on a public computer then choose to Add someone else to this PC.

6. In this next dialog box, you have to add the user’s Microsoft sign-in information (internet must be connected to proceed to the next step) and click next. In case the user wants to sign-in with username and password other than Microsoft’s account, you can click on the link below that says I don’t have this person’s sign-in information.

7. Enter the email or username needed for logging in for the new user and hit next.

8. This is the final step of the process, hit the finish button to complete the process.

Now the process of creating a user on your computer has finished. Now do remember to reboot your system for changes to take place. After restart log-in to the new user using Microsoft username and password.
